We machine shaft parts up to 350mm in diameter and 2000mm long, sleeves with inner diameters to 300mm and outer diameters to 350mm, and discs up to 600mm in diameter and 60mm thick. Complex profiles such as stepped shafts, multi-groove designs, precision threads, thin-walled sleeves, and flanges are all within our scope. Our high-rigidity CNC lathes and precision hydraulic chucks ensure tolerances within ±0.005mm, roundness ≤0.002mm, and surface finishes to Ra1.6μm.

Automated feeding and machining systems enhance batch consistency and throughput. Heat treatment can be applied to improve hardness and wear resistance where needed. We program and machine your product directly from drawings, performing full-process inspections including dimensional checks and surface roughness measurement.
