Our small turned parts are produced on high-precision CNC lathes, offering speed, accuracy, and consistency for general machinery, automotive, electronics, medical, and aerospace applications. These small turned parts can be manufactured from carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper alloys, and engineering plastics, available in general, precision, and high-strength grades. From single pieces to batch orders, we deliver components that meet tight geometric and surface requirements.

We machine shafts up to 300mm in diameter and 1500mm long, sleeves with inner diameters up to 250mm and outer diameters to 300mm, and discs up to 500mm in diameter and 50mm thick. Complex profiles like stepped shafts, multi-groove designs, precision threads, and thin-walled sleeves are all within our capabilities. Equipped with rigid lathes, hydraulic chucks, and automated feeding, we hold tolerances within ±0.005mm, roundness under 0.002mm, and surface finishes to Ra1.6μm.
